Korean team was formed by Korean Overseas Volunteers, KOICA staff and NGO staff.
Japanese team was formed by Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, JICA experts and residents.
First we decided this match consisted four periods of 30 minutes each.
But before starting 3rd period, we were almost exhausted.
At that time, we decided 3rd period was the last.
Both of us enjoyed this match.
This is first time to visit there.
We hope to visit there regularly, once every other month.
We prepared for the cookies for orphans the day before visiting the orphanage.
Ilwon, Inmun, Younggun, and Youran!! I appreciated what you have done.
They made very good cookies by themselves.
Even though it was very tired work, but they enjoyed themselves.
Who will love them?
I'll.
We'll.
Anybody will do it.
It's too easy to live for someone.
It's too easy to help someone.
Just do it now.
It's time to do it.
Let's do it.
This is Africa.
This is Rwanda.
The weather, nature, people and everything is very very beautiful.
What a wonderful sky it is!!!!!!
I'm very lucky because I live here now.
All of KOICA volunteers and a chief coordinator met together.
I wanna be a steward.
STEWARD, FLIGHT ATTENDANT, CABIN CREW is a man who works on a ship, plane, or train, looking after passengers and serving meals to them.
When I was serving in the A.F., a vague longing for sky came into being.
I really wanted to be a steward.
But the dream was being disappeared little by little.
It's so difficult to be a steward especially to me.
I gave up my dream. It was impossible.
But now, I am full of fight.
Dreams come true!!!!!!!
I have to be a steward, because I want.
I like serving someone.
It's my real vocation.
I'll make an effort to be a steward.
He can do.
She can do.
Why not me??
I can do it!!!!!!
Rwandan mourns for victims of genocide during genocide memorial week, 7th~14th of May.
They control themselves don't do pleasures or enjoyments.
Many people visit memorial sites in this week.
In 2005, I heard about KOICA.
I was interested in a volunteering programme at that time.
So I applyed to KOICA.
I was rejected as I feared. It was obvious.
When I visited Bangladesh, I saw many people who had been uneducated.
They wanted to study, but they couldn't.
They didn't have school fees.
They didn't have even enough money for living.
I had to do something for them.
I decided to give my best life to someone who needs my help.
After one year, I applyed to KOICA again.
At last, I became a volunteer.
I wanted to go to Bangladesh which is my motive of volunteering, but I'm here, in Rwanda now.
It didn't matter about going anywhere needed my help.
Anyway, I'm living in Rwanda now.
The country is changed, but my mind isn't changed.
I'll do my best anywhere, anytime.
